Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Wafer Sort Technician to support our wafer sort (electrical wafer test) operations. In this role, you will ensure smooth equipment setup and operation, contribute to maintaining product quality and yield, and support efficient lot processing to meet customer requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting wafer sort (electrical wafer test) operations to ensure product quality, yield, and efficiency to meet customer requirements
- Setup and maintain testers, probers, probe cards and monitor wafer sort cycle times
- Support lot disposition
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechatronics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor wafer sort/wafer probe with fundamental knowledge of wafer sort & probe process
- Ability to handle data reporting
