Job Description

To support the development and maintenance of Experior’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System, particularly for the Test Operation (TO) team, through QMS documentation, document control and internal audit activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI) and QMS documents in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.

  • Support internal audit preparation, including tracking and closure of audit findings.

  • Maintain proper QMS filing, documentation and version control.

  • Assist with process improvement and other QMS-related activities as assigned.

Qualification

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

  • Basic knowledge or interest in ISO 9001/QMS is an advantage.

  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail and documentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn.
